Chairman, Board of Trustees
Dr. Babatunde Ajibade is the Managing Partner of S. P. A. Ajibade & Co, a leading corporate and commercial law firm with offices in Lagos, Ibadan, and Abuja, Nigeria. He is a distinguished dispute resolution specialist with substantial expertise in various aspects of commercial litigation and international commercial arbitration.
Dr. Ajibade has acted as counsel in both ad hoc and institutional arbitration proceedings and also serves as an arbitrator. He holds several prominent positions in the legal and arbitration community, including Vice-Chair of the International Bar Association's Section on Public and Professional Interest, Vice-President of the ICC Arbitration Commission's Steering Committee, and Chairman of the Judiciary Committee of the Nigerian Bar Association.
He was called to the Nigerian Bar in 1989, obtained an LLM degree in corporate and commercial law in 1990, followed by a PhD in private international law in 1996, both from King's College London. He was elevated to the rank of Senior Advocate of Nigeria in December 2007.
As Chairman of the Board of Trustees of Crecer Africa, Dr. Ajibade's extensive experience in legal matters and his commitment to justice and professional excellence align with Crecer's vision of empowering individuals and communities.
Founder/C.E.O
Precious Fasanya founded Crecer Africa in 2017. Over the years, she has worked to refine it into the institution it is today, with long standing values towards meaningful impact. She is a dual qualified lawyer with active legal practices in the United Kingdom and Nigeria.
Her professional focus lies in disputes resolution, general commercial advisory and compliance audits and assessments. She has a Master's degree in International Trade law from the University of Birmingham. She also an incoming member of the Institute of Chartered Shipbrokers and an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (U.K.).
Having worked with and under the mentorship of high ranking legal experts and entrepreneurs, she has built a solid understanding of the legal compendium as it relates to her focus areas and of business compliance structuring.
Precious has several arbitral awards under her coffers from the International Chambers of Commerce and other bespoke institutions. She also has several ground breaking and life changing decisions and judgments of Tribunals, courts and the UK home office in favour of her clients.
Trustee
Olusegun Badaru is a seasoned professional with over 17 years of extensive and diverse experience in the oil and gas industry. He holds two master's degrees: a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Birmingham in the United Kingdom and a Master of Science (MSc) in Applied Geophysics from Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife, Osun, Nigeria.
His academic background, combined with his practical experience, has equipped him with a deep understanding of both the technical and commercial aspects of the industry. Mr. Badaru currently serves as the Managing Director of DexterPro Limited, a dynamic company based in Lagos, Nigeria. DexterPro Limited specializes in providing innovative solutions and services in the oil and gas sector, focusing on maximizing growth and profitability through effective resource coordination, business opportunity identification, and team management.
Under his leadership, the company has seen significant advancements in commercial, sales, technical operations, and compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. Before joining DexterPro Limited, Mr. Badaru held several key positions at Halliburton Energy Services Nigeria Limited, including Country Manager for Consulting and Project Management.
His tenure at Halliburton was marked by notable achievements, such as increasing revenue growth, improving project completion times, and leading the implementation of business growth strategies. He also worked at Baker Hughes and Total Exploration & Production Nigeria Limited, where he contributed to various projects, including field development, reservoir characterization, and production enhancement.
Mr. Badaru's extensive experience and leadership in the oil and gas industry align with Crecer Africa's vision of supporting, liberating, and emancipating individuals from life's stresses and societal hardships.

Olusola is an experienced Technology Risk Consultant skilled in IT Operations and Strategy, IT Security, Project Management, and Risk Management. He is a dedicated professional with extensive knowledge of Information Technology systems across various industries having worked with clients in Financial Services Institutions, Consumer Business, Energy and Resources.
With proven experience in developing deep insights while leveraging on procedural compliance, Olusola currently works with a professional services firm as an Information Technology and Specialized Assurance Consultant.

Olawunmi is a dynamic and results-driven professional with extensive experience in customer service, financial analysis, and procurement. With a strong background in building effective customer relations systems and implementing financial optimization models, Olawunmi has consistently contributed to enhancing business processes and driving organizational success.
Olawunmi is committed to continuous learning and professional growth. This dedication is further reflected in the completion of accredited online certifications in Finance and Banking from the Corporate Finance Institute (CFI).
Olawunmi holds a Bachelor's Degree in Insurance and Actuarial Science from the University of Lagos and a National Diploma in Banking and Finance from Yaba College of Technology.
